| ECIL implemented TMC- FIC (Technology Mission on Cotton- Farmer Information Center) project at 95 market yards spread in 10 states of India in Phase-I. Implementation is in progress in another 138 market yards in Phase-II. |

| TMC - FIC application has a centralized portal to exchange the dynamic price information among market yards and cotton web site (www.kapasindia.com). At each market yard a FIC is installed to cater all types of need of farmers on cotton crop. |
