Electronic Warfare Simulator is a training simulator to train the Radar operators in EW operations. It covers EW operations of non-com segment. It simulates the features of all the types of land based radar sensors. All types of air borne emitters in frequency range of 1-40GHz and Electronic Counter Counter Measure are also simulated.

It is static and located in a classroom. The system has provision for one Instructor Console and twelve Student Consoles. Dual redundancy is provided for Instructor Console. The Instructor generates EW scenarios for students simultaneously, which may be different from each other. Depending on radar selected for a particular trainee, the trainee’s workstation provides the radar console display and operator control panel mimicking the real operational switches of the respective radar station.
