| Sales Tax Department, Government of Maharashtra (MSTD) floated a Tender for Automation and Outsourcing of certain Department functions at their 42 Offices across the state of Maharashtra on a BOOR (Build, Own, Operate and Refresh/Replenish) basis for a period of 5 years (to be extended for five more years on mutual agreement) and ECIL has been awarded the contract. ECIL has formed a consortium with M/s Terasoftware Limited, Hyderabad for this Project. |

Creation, Operation & Maintenance of Data Center, Disaster Recovery Center and Operations Center.

Implementation of `MAHAVIKAS', their Centralized 3-Tier Application Software at the Head Office, which will be accessed through browser by about 3,000 STD Officers located at the HQ and the 41 Branch Offices across the state. ECIL will also have to maintain this Software from second year of operations.

| Inter-connecting these 42 Office locations through a Wide Area Network (WAN) consisting of Dual Redundant Leased Lines from two different Network Service Providers. |
