Shri M. BHARATH KUMAR

Graduated from Osmania University, Hyderabad in Electronics & communication engineering, joined the 25th batch of BARC training school in 1981. After completion of one year training in Nuclear science and Engineering at BARC, he has joined C&I group of erstwhile Power Projects Engineering Division, Department of Atomic Energy in 1982.

During his carrier spanning from 1982 to till date, he has significantly contributed in Design, Development, Engineering, procurement and commissioning of many C&I systems for 220 MWe, 540 MWe and 700 MWe PHWRs having several advanced safety features and FOAK systems. He has also contributed significantly as a member of several departmental (NPCIL), National & international committees like AERB, BIS, ITER and IAEA.

Presently, he is an Outstanding Scientist and heading the E&I group in NPCIL as Executive Director.
